I've heard time and time again from women...."I don't like my arms." or "My arms are so flabby."

So, I've decided to make this a part of my weekly exercise routine. A personal trainer told me that in order for me to see results....I must alternate my exercise routine between cardio (15-20 minutes) then stength/toning (15-20 minutes).
If you decided to incorporate these toning exercises for your arms....please let me know how it works for you after six weeks.
In turn, I'll let you know if my arms have toned up any in six weeks.
