Unfortunately, I do not have a telescope to see the stars or planets. However, my friend informed me of the "Google Sky Map"....not only can you see the stars and planets, but the app is FREE to download onto your mobile.
Since it's cold temperatures outside, I've been able to enjoy this app from inside my home...where it's warm. (Ha. Ha. Ha.)
